Als Senior-Managing Partner von NMC Nijsse International führte er über 2.500 Interviews mit Führungskräften und lernte so die Strukturen vieler internationaler Unternehmen kennen und beurteilen.
Als Berater wird er seit mehr als 20 Jahren von Aufsichtsratsgremien, Vorständen und Geschäftsführern in allen Fragen von Organisation und Reorganisation konsultiert.
